WEEK 66 : Dustscheawung

Despite the gorgeous weather of spring in the City, people are feeling very wistful. Thoughtful, really. There’s just so much to think about, these days! Who knows what sort of thing came before, after all? Was it another civilisation? Was it nothing? Where did we come from? Will we find out?

Whatever the answers, that’s what’s on the minds of Chosen and citizens alike. Perhaps it’ll spark a very pleasant debate!

(Players will decide how and to what degree their characters are affected by this and all of the prominence shifts to come. It is entirely optional to be involved with the prominence events. This will last for one in-game week and end on January 17. Please remember that we are on a 3:1 day ratio!)

State of the City At Large:

The Weather
It appears that spring is in full force: it’s a beautiful day in the City, with the sun shining and not a cloud in the sky. Flowers are even flourishing!

Crime
That group of hooligans is still gone. No sign of them. It’s a bit bizarre.

There are some rumours about the source of why the energy of the City stirs every night, but nothing has been proven. The police are still slightly worried about the shadow demons running rampant in those wee hours, but most simply recommend staying out of their way.

Rumours
Security around the Tower’s immediate area remains tight and probably will stay that way for the foreseeable future. Just in case.

Most of the City has begun to simply ignore those shouts about the end being nigh. It seems like a regular day-ending-in-y, after all. The harassment hasn’t really stopped, but the CSPD have politely asked them to stop, so that’s something.
