Event: A Walk in Someone Else’s Shoes

Sometimes things in the City happen for a reason. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they occur naturally - or as naturally as anything does, around those parts - and blow in with the weather. During the morning of January 16, a strange looking storm rolls in, complete with dark purple clouds that seem to crackle with lightning, lighting the clouds up into lavender and royal purple tones. It’s probably abundantly clear to everyone that it’s definitely not a normal storm with normal lightning. Far from.

In fact, there’s no real explanation for it, and it doesn’t seem to bring any rain - which is nice - but it does bring other oddities with it. And those oddities culminate in a very nice pop.

Around noon, every Chosen in the City will hear that gentle pop, and it’s at that time that something very strange is going to happen: they’re going to swap powers.

This is a mod-driven event and players are not obligated to participate in it. The event will take place from April 1 to April 18, OOCly, or from January 16 to January 21 in game time. There will be a narrative announcement when the event kicks in, and another to signal its close, though players are free to backdate and/or backtag to their heart’s content.
