I'm bringing Lady Glinda Arduenna Upland, Good Witch of the North and Ozma Regent of Oz to the city. She's 29, blonde and ready to mingle a paragon of virtue and grace. She does have relatively powerful magic that she's happy to use on behalf of people who ask. World hopping isn't new to her and she's going to be none too happy to be separated from the friends she's just made in Dagaz.
