WEEK 20 : Greed
May 21 - May 28
”It’s All Mine.”
For some reason, this week sees the City’s influence twisting in a slightly more wide-spread fashion. It’s not one or two things citizens of the City are fixated on: it’s everything. Maybe you’re already surrounded by glorious opulence, but that doesn’t make much of a difference - there’s still something over there that you want too. You want all eyes on you and everything you have. Show off, live a little.
(Players will decide how and to what degree their characters are affected by this and all of the dominance shifts to come. It is entirely optional to be involved with the prominence events. This will last for one in-game week and end on May 5. Also, a reminder that we are on a 3:1 day ratio!)
State of the City At Large:
Questions? Like to arrange a meeting with an NPC? Fire away!

State of the City At Large:
- Weather in the City is getting more and more gorgeous by the day. Some days are plagued by light rain, but it’s nothing to worry about.
- In general, things in the City appear to have evened out quite a bit. There are few ominous rumours going around, particularly compared to what’s usually happening, and no one seems to be all that concerned about what might happen next. This might be reassuring to some, and even more ominous to others.
- There is one rumour, though, that the Emperor might not have been immune to last week’s wrath-based influences.
- Residents of the Red Lantern District appear to be remaining rather well-behaved this week, possibly because of their Magistrates’ recent outburst.
- Things in Finance Street are still going fantastically, perhaps because of recent public appearances by the Hanged Man around his District. He appears to be in a rather good mood, and keen to share it around. The other Magistrates are slightly less visible, but still largely around in case their Districts need anything of them.
