This is Mel with another character.
This time he's Garrus from Mass Effect. That means that he's not even human. He's turian. You can check out what he looks like in this video.
Garrus is from after the end of his canon and in his reality synthetic and organic life have recently merged which means he's got kind of a weird effect in his skin going on at times where it kind of shimmers...
Anyway, he's a cool bro. Don't let the whole alien thing get to you.
