"Not My Problem."

Have you ever heard the phrase 'not in my backyard'? That's a rather good way to describe the general pull of the City's influence this week. Whatever it is, someone else can deal with it, but you don't want it near you. If that involves delegating it away and washing your hands of it, then so be it. If it means just ignoring something until it goes away? Well, then that's how it goes.

(Players will decide how and to what degree their characters are affected by this and all of the dominance shifts to come. This will last for one in-game week and end on October 8. Also, a reminder that we are on a 3:1 day ratio!)

State of the City At Large:

- Weather in the City is holding steady with that strange fog still making its nightly appearances.

- Anyone searching for the Emperor will be redirected to his assistant. Or his assistant's assistant. After his party - and wasn't it wonderful? - he seems to have gone relatively underground.

- There has been a small rise in violent crime this week, and Justice is keeping very much to himself. More likely than not, he's working on this small problem. Following the Emperor's party, Justice will be virtually unseen, but things will continue going forward as usual.

- The Hanged Man can be seen out and about a little bit more often than usual, generally on business.
