"Anger Is A Short Madness."

On the morning of the 6th, last weeks lust influence abruptly shifts into something far more hostile. Whether someone took your seat on the bus, or looked at you in a way that was less than friendly, you can definitely feel your blood begin to boil at the smallest of things.

(Players will decide how and to what degree their characters are affected by this and all of the dominance shifts to come. This will last for one in-game week and end on June 24. Also, a reminder that we are on a 3:1 day ratio!)

State of the City At Large:

- Weather calls for snow most of this week, with average seasonal temperatures for February of about 8°F - 10°F

- Business as usual for the Magistrates. The Emperor has been seen around the city at local spots, and there is a rumor going around that there might be a party being organized. Details to come.

- Violent crime over the last week was quite low. The Department of Justice has had their hands full with reported drug dealings and mysterious overdoses throughout the Red Lantern District and Gardens of Pleasure.

- Trade in Finance Street is break even. Projections over the next week are estimated to increase by 10%.
