Possible Scenarios 01. A New Arrival: You've just arrived in the City of Sin with nothing but the clothes on your back and a very strange sense of having been displaced. Thankfully, you don't appear to be alone. Here's hoping that person passing by is helpful, and doesn't plan on mugging you or something! 02. Demonic Presences: You were just minding your own business, weren't you? But that's always when bad things seem to happen, and the City of Sin isn't really that friendly. Maybe you'll find someone who can help you fight off that shadowy thing that's creeping towards you! 03. Party Hard: You've been invited to a party at the Tower by someone who calls themselves the Emperor. Obviously that's weird, but maybe you can get some free drinks and food out of it! Just make sure you watch out for those little red packets of powder. 04. Wild Card: Choose your own adventure!

He couldn't make out the shape of the being he was addressing, so he stepped a little closer.

"No. It's not anywhere in the normal world. This is the City of Sin. It's...outside of....everything."

"Outside how?" he asked, leaning down as he seized on the hint of a true location. A relation to where he'd been. "Outside the planet?"

The unusual face was beginning to be almost half-lit as it leaned closer. He could make out that it didn't appear human.

"Outside of reality."

[gruesome]

Not human at all. Eight eyes reflected a distant passing light, six of them shining briefly green. He drew just a little closer, and sniffed. Human.

"Smells mostly real to me."

"I've heard it described as a 'pocket dimension'."
