Player Plot!

Hello, lovelies! Tis Aria, with bad ideas ahoy.

Because Momo and I are terrible, we have decided that her delightful sociopath is going to get his hands on enough Lust to kill someone in the space of two weeks by spiking their food and drink. That someone is Narcissa, because why not.

So! We have a timeline of how things will go down, and there are a couple of you we definitely need for plot purposes (who know who they are), but if anyone else would like to be involved - especially in the aftermath - we'd love to have you along! More details below.

Basically, Alex is a murderous bastard who's got away with it three times now, and has gotten a little cocky. He's targeted Narcissa for reasons that make sense only to him, and she's made the mistake of underestimating him. She's also not at her full health, having never really regained what she lost in the old city, meaning the drug is damaging her at a faster rate... and she's also taking it every now and then for the happy buzz. Silly, really.

Interrogation is to be carried out by our resident mutants, because Erik has anger issues and Charles can crawl into peoples' heads. Other police staff are, of course, welcome to investigate.

If there is ANYTHING AT ALL you want to do with anyone involved, please chat below! Ask us questions! This is a reasonably long plot OOC, so it needs to be relatively organised. Some things will, by necessity, be closed, but we'd love to have people notice things, like Alex hanging around the police station a lot, Cissa being overly happy and then ill, and so on.

Does he actually work for the police? Because he's not admitting anything to anyone, because he won't actually know she's dead. Not to mention, in canon, he managed to totally distract people interrogating him into thinking he didn't do it. xD

Huh. The more you know! He's welcome to abuse his powers, but Alex still won't answer any questions.

And yes, there'll be an autopsy. Draco won't be doing it, for obvious reasons.

Yeah, I figured perhaps Martha would handle the autopsy? Or an NPC. That works, too.

Spike's also pretty perceptive, if that matters any. He won't have seen anything happen, but if there's anything to pick up on later, there's a chance Spike can catch it.

Perception is basically all they're going to be able to hold him on. Alex hasn't been leaving any scraps of evidence besides acting a little weird; for all intents and purposes, he's been visiting his girlfriend at work, and happens to maybe bring something for Narcissa. Even that part might not be readily obvious unless someone happened to see him, but he's been playing it off really casually as well.

Basically, I was hoping that we'd end up relying upon Charles' telepathy to actually catch him, because he literally won't give them any reason to actually hold him in the slightest. I'd find you a scene of how the remorseless little psycho acts in interrogation, but the movie's too obscure. >_>

Okie dokie. Yeah, I figured it would be pretty difficult to pin him down, considering what happened with Julian's murder. Alex is a tough nut to crack. What movie is he from? I wouldn't mind looking it up and watching it.

Virtually impossible, I think. He covers his tracks. There's a little bit of cockiness towards the end that lends itself to it being him enough that they can hold him on suspicions, but good luck finding hard proof.

Let's hope Erik lets her have her old job back (+promotion, she's a Detective Sergeant now, after all, so if Erik thinks he's going to demote her to WPC, he can fucking whistle.), because I REALLY want Louise to be part of this plot.

I mean, from what I've been able to glean, obvs Lehnsherr is Chief, Pepper is his assistant, Rose does something (though I don't know what as yet), you (Spike) do something, and that's pretty much all I got. What can you add to it, Lexie?

In terms of goings on, there has been a lot of discussion on Plurk about it, which doesn't help. Aria's in bed, and this is her Plurk. She should get notifs. I guess we'll just have to wait and see!

I did get notifs! Erik is Chief, Pepper is his PA, Draco is in Forensics. Charles is in Investigations and Interrogations, I think?, Spike also Investigates, Narcissa is the Archivist, and Chryssa, bless her amnesiatic soul, is a general office assistant and gofer. I'm not sure what Rose does, but I'm pretty sure she does have a job with the PD.

I may have missed people. I don't think I have..? But I am willing to be corrected.

We might have to start up a Wiki.
