A holiday thank you
Hi there fellow sinners,
This is something I've been wanting to say to all of you for awhile now, and I finally have some time this morning to put it into words.
I really like playing here, and yes, I'm sure some of that is because Sylar is a fun muse who literally never stops with the shenanigans, but I've really come to realize over the past year that the biggest reason I love this game is because of the players. I'm thankful everyday that I play with:
Thank you all, so much. This much:

And of course, thank you to the mods, for all the work you do, and for always being there for me when I ask Sylar's stupid potentially-game-breaking questions. For also making me feel welcome every time I'm here. And for doing all the things I said above with your PCs.
I love you guys.
Spencer

- Players who, even if our characters haven't even interacted yet (or rarely interact), still chat with me on plurk. <3 Because Sylar isn't a rolling-out-the-welcome-mat kind of character, so he isn't going to just hit up random people as they arrive, but I really appreciate that OOC, we still hang out and talk, knowing that our characters will definitely interact when the situation is right.
- Players who, are okay with me messing their sh*t up. Sylar is my one and only villain muse, and he has redeemable characteristics! But he's also really messed up. Thank you, for letting my boy drag your kids through the mud sometimes.
- Players who, are patient beyond belief. I know that for the last few months (aka fall semester), I've been really slow-going, which means that threads with me usually take a loooong time to play. Heck, they probably still do but hopefully you've all started feeling me tag back faster now that teaching is over. Thank you, for having the patience to play with me, and to even start new threads with me, when you knew my turnaround time was slower than average.
- Finally, players who, despite me dropping off the face of the Earth for awhile, much much earlier in the year, welcomed me back into the game with open arms, and helped me feel like I never left.
Thank you all, so much. This much:

To everyone else, this game is absolutely my happy place because of how delightful everyone is OOC, willing to plot, and bounce ideas off each other, and talk things out when they get bumpy, and hold each other virtually when things get tragic. This is a wonderful community of players, and I'm proud to be a part of it.

Thanks very much for this, Spencer! And thank you for everything else, too. I have had so much fun playing with you and chatting on Plurk and just everything. <3
