Oh yeah, time for a meme. Apparently this is our first one. What a tragedy.

You know what we got in this City? A bunch of repressed people, who are far too comfortable behind their masks of lies and half truths. Let's have some fun with that, shall we? A la 'Liar Liar', your character is compelled to tell the truth. The whole truth. Lies of omission are still lies.

His line of questioning raised some red flags, but haven't tipped her off yet that he's the one who hurt Matt. So, she's giving him the benefit of the doubt. But she has her eye on him.

Nope. Hence why this raised some flags. I keep my distance from his lovers and Matt doesn't flaunt them in front of me.

That you actually sniffed me out and figured that I'd know something about him, it shows that you have an agenda.

Doesn't change my suspicions though. You must have had a good reason to ask the questions. Did something to piss him off, right around the time someone actually did piss him off.

Do you harbor any ill will towards your sisters, parents or friends?

Not my sisters, no. Never my sisters. They were victims as much as I was.

I have resentment, sure. My parents, my grandsire, my daughter, my half brother, sometimes my friends and lovers. I don't go looking too deeply into my anger. I can't afford to. Others might get to explore why they're upset, I can't or I risk being triggered.

If you could go back in time and prevent yourself from becoming a vampire, would you do it?

No, I don't think so. I might wish I could change the manner of my change and who turned me, but I'm happier as a vampire.

Why am I happy?

Because when I was a mortal, I had no control over my life. I was married off without any say and forced to abide by the life my husband gave me. As a vampire, I have freedom. I have seen amazing worlds and changes in society and technology. I have met remarkable people and experienced more of life than I did when I was alive.

Being a vampire gave me what I wanted.
