Possible Scenarios 01. A New Arrival: You've just arrived in the City of Sin with nothing but the clothes on your back and a very strange sense of having been displaced. Thankfully, you don't appear to be alone. Here's hoping that person passing by is helpful, and doesn't plan on mugging you or something! 02. Demonic Presences: You were just minding your own business, weren't you? But that's always when bad things seem to happen, and the City of Sin isn't really that friendly. Maybe you'll find someone who can help you fight off that shadowy thing that's creeping towards you! 03. Party Hard: You've been invited to a massive, elegant party at the Tower by someone who calls themselves the Emperor. Obviously that's weird, but maybe you can get some free drinks and food out of it! This place might not be so bad. 04. Prominence: People have been telling you all about the City influencing your thoughts and feelings. You’re finally getting to experience that. One of the sins is in prominence, and you’re feeling the force of it fully. 05. Welcome to Fight Club: You’ve been dragged unwillingly into the Coliseum and told to fight some of your fellow Chosen to the death. Are you willing to comply? Or would you rather sacrifice yourself 06. Wild Card: Choose your own adventure!

He smirked.

"If you think I'm interested in the fate of a few lowlifes, you're mistaken."

"Then why are you following me around?" She asked, trying to look casual. In reality, she was about to run for it.

"I'm interested in what you can do," he told her.

"Don't see how that's your business." She shrugged him off.

He huffed a short laugh.

"It could be your business. As in, you could make money doing it."

Now she was listening. After living on the streets, one could never have enough money.

"Yeah? What kind are we talking about?"

"I run the police force. If you want to get paid for dealing with lowlives, you can make more than the few dollars you get from their pockets."

Yes, he knew their cash was always missing.

The police? They never did anything for her or Brent. She'd figured out this wasn't the same city or world she came from, but she still didn't trust it.

"Your kind don't get along with my kind. I'm not some weapon you can use."

He looked over at her. "You have no idea what 'kind' I am," he told her in dead seriousness.

"And what kind is that?" She asked with a snort, crossing her arms.

He spread his arms and rose into the air, holding himself there and looking down at her.

"A different kind."

[neongirl]

"Yeah? So you're a conduit too." She shouted up at him. Okay, if he really wanted to have her in his force, he'd have to earn it.

"Let's see what you've got! Play Fetch!" She laughed and in a flash of light, she phased into her neon form and ran for it. Let's see if he could catch up to her.
