Agreed. Heck, Ral just might even check in with him on the network to say hey, so you mentioned drinks that one time.

Rhys would definitely be up for that, he's down in the dumps at the moment and a reason to go out and drink and be social is something he'd cling to very happily. He thrives on other people and being alone too much right now is super bad for him.

Plus, he would genuinely like to know what Ral's been up to and what kind of trouble he's created. :)
