Hihi, everyone! This is for anyone who wants to do some OOC coordinating regarding the most recent installment of Wanda's alien bullshit plot (here is a closed log that elaborates more on that video post).

→ For our new players in game, this is the first plot we've had in game that's starting to delve into the alien origins of the three new planets, and I hope there's many more proposed by people who want their characters to explore some alien lore! Wanda's has been focusing on the jungle planet. It's not too late to jump in on this one, either.

Some bullet points:

— The aliens she's had her couple of run in's with over the last months are part of a group trying to create a mix of species that could threaten the balance of the City, because some aliens are really salty about power balances and the politics in that. Evidence of this was found by some characters while researching the alien base when going back to retrieve Wanda in May (OOC dates). The alien stuff put in her system when she was captured then had an cosmic elder god origin.

— Wanda and Angel later went back to the planet a time or two to create a base of their own. After they got it to a, uh, somewhat decent position (neither of them are professional construction workers ok lmfao), they went back again with Steve later to do more underground exploring. Here they came across a straight up occult cult, this is fine.

— Which leads us to Wanda being unconscious, sans soul, as linked in the first posts. When it is back in her body, she will be less prone to the intense side effects of the substance put in her in May. The downside is that, magically speaking, now that the spell was done to her, she will be a baby version of something that is part cosmic alien. By 'baby version', I mean as a player character she isn't going to be suddenly able to manipulate the game's world to her whims like it's House of M. Her psionics and magic will start to shift, though. That said, any character in game who has a sense for the non-human and can identify certain anomalies within people would be able to sense a cosmic elder god aura in her.

Flat | Top-Level Comments Only

In the interest of not having both of my characters too heavily involved in the same plot and risk a lot of overlap, all Sara is doing is offering up use of the (somewhat nerfed) Death Totem to channel any soul-restoring magic through to give it some extra power.

She also wants to graffiti "OUT OF ORDER" all over the planet travel pods after this (even though they won't actually be out of order), because damn, yall. (•_•) She will probably hit up Erik about this first and see if he wants to join, but she can gather up a couple more people as well if he passes.

Harry would be glad to help with the pods by trying his hex power, to see if it affects them like it does normal tech.

They're generally protected by City-magic (which is why they don't permanently break down/get lost on the way to or from planets/etc.), but it'd be hilarious if he somehow shorted them out for a brief period. Sara would be so down for that tbh. So, if you do want to mess around with that, the plot suggestions or mod contact page would be the best place to drop that idea for an Official Answer! >.>

Back, again. Does Sara want to come vandalize some pods?

Quick question: When you say Wanda (being a baby version) isn't going to be suddenly able to manipulate the game's world to her whims, does that mean she will eventually?

I ask for a better understanding of what's to come.

Nope! If any reality-altering plots do happen, it'll have to be the same limited and temporary scope and process that every other player plots of the nature would have to go through, as she is still a player character and not transitioning to an NPC.

Harry as of the end of his video post is headed for the hospital.

As I am not about to try to coordinate a twelve some odd person log, we can plot here for anything you want your characters to do, or say.

Harry will arrive in front of the hospital, having borrowed Sara's death stone, and will use it, and his knowledge of souls and being a ghost to reconnect to Wanda, and bring her soul back to her body. For this, he will want Erik and Steve close, as they are the closest people to Wanda, and he will want people around willing to make sure nothing interrupts the spell.

If all goes well, and according to Tessa above, it will, Wanda will be restored within a short amount of time and a lot of flashy blue and red lights. Harry will then do his best to vanish from the scene and possibly sleep for a week.

Anyone who wants to be there, or say hi to Harry along the way, can do so, and comment here so I know what and who Harry saw and talked about.

Harry will probably be around, doing what he can to help, if he is needed later in the plot, and otherwise working on just being the town worry-wizard.

Soooo, if Sara has to wear it briefly, she'll look kinda freaky, for a bit. If he doesn't need her to wear it, then no one has to see her undead-version of a Morticia Addams cosplay lmfao.

He'd ask her if she has any advice and instructions on how to use it, so as to be well informed, and probably if he takes it up will look very dark and mysterious, temporarily.

He does less cussing, and a little less slee[ping around, but he wouldn't mind a similar situation. He needs friends and allies here. And also someone to help him not think of the two exes who are here.

She will def. spill her knowledge on it, then!

Erik will do what he's told to help Wanda.

Harry will have Erik, Steve, and Peter, LL be there on the two sides of Wanda's bed, as he stands at the end. He'd draw a circle around the bed, just large enough for the three, himself, and Wanda's bed to be in it.

With father, husband, and brother there to provide a link, and with Sara there to provide guidance, he would use the Death Totem to reach out to Wanda, find her soul. He'd then use his power to reach back to the three at the bedside, latch onto the signature of the others with Wanda, and bring her home to her body.

As the ceremony ended, she would be able to wake up, whole and healed, with Harry gently putting the death Totem into a bag, handing it to Sara, and then vanishing via teleportation without a word, to let those who know her be there for her.

And to get very drunk.

Airy would have stopped by and offered to help Harry. She has some magic and stuff that he can use since her powers are literally creation. I figured a short conversation, she'd help and then head out. Maybe offer to invite him over for that movie night if he needed a break? Or magic practice or something.

I hate to sound so vague and general, but Natasha cares and is here for whatever she's needed for, though it sounds like things are pretty planned out and covered.

I know that Harry will definitely want her there. The more familiar faces and spirits around, the easier it will be to draw Wanda's soul back home to her body.

There also may be some fanboying, but contained mostly.
