Codenamed Quicksilver, which he has been called exactly zero times by zero people in canon

Owns an arcade in the Coliseum District

Food is an excellent bribe

Plan offering: He's basically just running his arcade and fixing up the space above into an apartment. He just recently participated in the Cthulhu mess, but he's not doing a whole lot right now otherwise.

Plan seeking: He could always use more friends. He'd also like a girlfriend so he doesn't have to be a fifth wheel at family gatherings anymore.
