State of the City } Kefi
Note from the mod: I'm trying to see how posting this one OOC day before the IC date when it starts just to give everyone a bit of a head start on plotting works out. If it's too confusing this way, let me know and it can be changed back to being posted the IC and OOC day when it starts. :D

WEEK 81 : Kefi ( The spirit of joy, enthusiasm, high spirits and frenzy, in which good times and passion for life are expressed with an abundance of excitement, happiness, and fun. )
OCTOBER 7TH — 15TH
(Players will decide how and to what degree their characters are affected by this and all of the prominence shifts to come. This will last for one in-game week, with a reminder that we are on a 3:1 day ratio!)

The Weather
The flora of the City are in vibrant fall colors, leaves sprinkling the sidewalks and streets. The temperature requires a light jacket at most, but you won't be uncomfortable if you forgo one.
Crime
Holding steady at its current rates.
Rumors
There are some issues in Shantytown and The Gardens of Pleasure, especially for the Chosen who are tied to those Districts. For starters, there's no word on the presence or other whereabouts of The Moon or The Lovers. With the new prominence, the Chosen in those respective Districts may find themselves feeling restless, more lost. Detached. For Chosen who have been here a while, they likely know to take this as a sign that shenanigans are afoot regarding those Magistrates.
