General 4-1-1 Character Info: Hitman who retires to get married and live a normal life, only to lose his wife, dog, car, house and kill over 200 people in the span of a week, give or take a day.
Current Plans: John thinking he can breathe a little was disrupted the second night after arriving. A week or so later, he (along with Devi) was in a shoot out at The Lounge that left 22 dead. He's been making money fighting at the Coliseum and he is also co-owner of a white shepherd with his neighbour Raven.
Future Plans: I plan to press forward with more situations like the one at The Lounge because John landed on the radar of someone very dangerous in the City of Sin's underground. I also want him to get a car.
Wanting/Seeking/Up For: I'd love to have something for him that contrasts the violence in his life, but otherwise come at him. He needs more people in his life that can grow to care about him. He hasn't really had that.

I'd love to see John and Devi ease into something that's not so specifically fight based, but I think it's a good place to start seeing how as TOO LATE, she's already caring about him so we can feed that fire.

I think it's naturally going that way, tbh, and I couldn't be happier. At least it was before the whole Lounge thing with training together, which I would still like to use as another building block towards their friendship being more solid.

I know Jacob and John briefly ran into each other at the party, but I'd love the chance to get them building up some more CR. They seem to run in many of the same circles- Jacob has been fighting in the Coliseum, and his gang are beginning to make problems for the City.

Jacob's killing in the City had been a lot more restrained than John's but they should really come up against each other at some point. What do you think?

He didn't exactly go looking for the trouble - it sort of found him, as I'm sure you know is how it goes for John Wick. But I am thinking I am all over this.

In the long and the short of it, he and the Rooks are stealing supplies from City-owned warehouses. Before John arrived and there was the big freeze and icy weather, the Rooks pretty much dealt out what they had and made the majority of the Magistrates look bad. Also, they laugh at the idea of a police force. Jacob is also friends with Devi and they've discussed assassinating the Emperor.

YAY! If you want to do something, that could be fun, perhaps meeting in the Coliseum, after they've fought in separate fights? Jacob has no problem in telling other blokes that he admires or likes their style so that could be good?

So causing a lot of problems for the City LOL! Ironically, separate from you mentioning it here, I had been thinking of how John might react if someone offered him the big bucks to carry out a contract on the Emperor. So, interesting.

Neither does John and that might be the best place right now to actually find him. He's been keeping low but he's also stockpiling money. So totally down for them running into each their.

This is true. Although I think the Magistrates have other people's aside from Jacob and his little gang of miscreants. But please don't rob Devi of the chance to kill that dick. She will not thank you.

I wouldn't be too surprised if they did. Like at all. As for Devi, I know LOL She's been after him since Day One. But it sure would make for a pretty fun "wrench" if it happened.

Ironically, she basically suggested he put a bullet in between the dude's eyes in her and John's thread at the party. He needs more of a personal reason to do it though.

I mean I can't really help you with the contrasting violence but I've been wanting Connor to have CR with John bc they're both hitmen/assassins. I've just been struggling a bit with hitting up any of John's open posts and stuff bc Connor's not the most social butterfly out there.

SO UH aside from the Coliseum where does John usually spend time? Possibly I could get my guy involved in a future messy situation bc that's just his life.

Yeah, John isn't much of one himself which might be why he's only building solid CR with one person (Devi) so far.

As for where he spends time, mostly at home recovering while keeping his head down since shit hit the fan at The Lounge. There's definitely going to be loads of potential for more of those kinds of messy situations since I'm keen to slowly build an underground because that's just John's life LOL.

Nah, not silly at all! He's allies/friends with Jacob but he's not been involved in any Rook activities aside from helping transport some supplies to people once or twice after they've already been stolen (and he didn't know that's what they were either, really). So alas he was not.

STILL if anyone manages to find Jacob through the Rooks you can definitely find Connor. :|b

Ah! Okay that makes a lot more sense. It also gives us a few avenues to have them cross paths. I do plan to write an open log in the early part of April so if none of that works, perhaps we can write something a bit more specific.

I will keep an eye out for that log and bug you if I can't make Connor engage with him there! c:
