Hello folks. My name is Diya, and I have returned after time away because I miss you lot. This time, I'm bringing with me Charles Smith, from Red Dead Redemption II.
The son of a freed man and a Native woman in the late 1800s, civilized society didn't have much of a use or want for Charles. So he fell into banditry and became an outlaw, joining up with the first gang to treat him decent and fair. The bar for making friends is so ridiculously low it's not even funny.
He's pretty quiet and reserved, assuming through experience that most people aren't going to like him much or treat him fair owing to his parentage, but he's honest, hard-working, and loyal as Hell to those who earn it. Good news is he's used to moving from place to place pretty often, so winding up someplace new isn't going to be a terrible shock. What might be more of a setback is the city itself and the level of tech, given that he arrived straight out of the turn of the century.
This is also a slightly AU version of the character, because someone has them a big, furry secret on a monthly basis. But he's not exactly broadcasting that at the moment. I imagine some might take an interest over time, however. To no one's shock at all, he's over in the Coliseum currently, with the sin of Wrath.
