I would love for us to do things in this regard.

Sylar is being forced to do this job in a way, so I'd love for them to (1) meet exactly as you described, not knowing they're on opposite sides, but then also (2) me figuring out how much Sylar cares about exactly what. I feel like he needs to focus on serious crime first — but honestly ... he miiiight end up focusing on drugs. I'm not sure yet, but I would love to do something epic storytelling-wise, together!

I'm happy to do all of the above. Jacob isn't exactly a major probably at the moment, but the Rooks are being to become an inconvenience re stealing supplies. And as he's got his own addiction to Lust to contend with, it might be something he starts getting more involved with procuring for other people.

Nina is sort of playing both of them, as Jacob is "informing" her about what organised crime is planning in the city. Most of the information he's giving her is about his rivals or stuff he's discovered that he doesn't like, but there's a lot of general made-up stuff there too.

Yeah, and Sylar's motivations for doing this job isn't because he's lawful good, so I think we have a lot of room to play with here, depending on how they get along.

I'm writing up a network post for him to announce this all to the city. However, I'd LOVE for him and Jacob to meet before people know he's chief of police now (because honestly, he probably hasn't shown up to claim the post yet).

In terms of breaking up a bar brawl — he'd probably help if it started getting out of hand, or affected him in some way. And let's be honest. Bar brawls can get out of hand quite easily.
