So I'm Cat. I'll be bringing Sergeant Barnes here in from the after credits scene of Black Panther. Meaning, he still only has one arm. And is dressed like a tribesman.

He's going to be living in St. John's in the Coliseum district. Obviously, Wrath is his sin.
