Wolf was an "emergency" turn, as he was dying of pneumonia when he was turned, so it definitely is possible, especially with an old/potent vampire like Wolf! It just requires a lot of time and attention. We can definitely ask the mods if you're interested, I can toss it over on Plurk if you like!
