That ease had Matthew listing out in his head the possibilities. Assassin was always the top most, fighters had a smooth sense about them that made them like butter, slipping into and through cracks only to clog up someone's arteries with a bullet. Thief was second, for similar reasons and 'Honestly lost' didn't even make the list.

Now, Matthew knew there was a guard up there, he'd nudged around in here before, and when he peeked around the corner just in time to see Remy close the closet door, he guessed how that was handled pretty easily. This was quite amusing, this break in monotony and while Matthew probably should have turned around and gone back to the party, he couldn't pass this up.

Keeping with the silent theme, Matthew ambled up into the hall and slipped his hands into his pockets, taking on a good natured, easy way about himself.

"Do you think there will be a bathroom behind every door?" The amusement was clear in his crisp but lazy muddled English/French accent, and if it wasn't, the smirk and arch of his eyebrow would do well enough.
