Justine felt a familiar smile touch her lips. "I think I can play helpless." She rested her head against his side as she they walked. It might not have looked comfortable but walking pressed against him was the sort of thing she was used to. It was nice to be able to stand so close to him again, even if it was through a thin layer of plastic.

"Logically there would be others. Maybe from other places?" This wasn't a city that she knew which meant that others were most likely chosen as well. She wasn't sure the reason yet but they had no welcome, no ransom. Whatever the plan was they have time to figure it out.
