The idea of earning their keep worried Justine but she tried to hide it. She didn't know what they'd find either and if Thomas's nature was discovered it could prove disastrous. In the same light it might mean something else here. Not knowing bothered her.

"We'll find out together." She hugged him tightly not wanting to pull away. After a moment her thin frame shifted so that she was standing next to him, though she kept herself pressed against him. It relaxed her to have him close.
