Peter's face scrunches up somewhat as he tries to work that out. How strange. "Well, if we're getting pulled from outside this universe, or world or whatever, then we're probably getting pulled from different times, too. That can cause a lot of differences."

Regardless of how much time travel Peter's gone through, he hadn't stumbled across Multiple Worlds Theory yet. As far as he knew, that scarred version of him and that virus future and the world splitting apart were all entirely gone now. They'd been wiped clean for whatever Claire's public announcement gave them.

That's not particularly gelling with what Daken's telling him, though, so he shrugs. "I get the feeling this place is going to give me a headache. Do me a favor, though? Keep an eye out for someone named Hiro Nakamura? I think he could help."
