Now that was just baffling. Draco had been more than ready to launch into some rant defending himself and his choices, only to find that all the words were lost before he could even start. In fact, the surprise of Harry's offer resulted only in Draco gaping at him, blinking grey eyes as though regarding someone with a second head. It was, to say the least, flooring.

"I-" was all he managed at first, before he deftly (and smartly) shut his mouth, instead going back to staring. The offer was far too kind.
