Dreams were something that Caius had every night. Some were of the past, others were of things that made a person reach for the dream book once they awoke to find out what they could possibly mean. But then there were the vivid dreams the immortal dreamed of places and people (or voices) that somehow seemed to have been apart of his existence that he never recalls living.
He was having one such dream when his eyes opened and fixed on the room around him, immediately remembering distantly, but recalling none the less. It felt like ages since he woke up in that same room. And then like a dam's gates opening, a flood of memories came back to him.
It didn't take long to make his way to the club Caius remembers owning and his feet carry him there without delay or confusion. Once at OHM, he finds the key he once hid under the lip of the raised concrete ledge of the freight doors and hoists himself up and through the back door. Before long, the immortal is standing outside the place he designed and built that he left to someone he hoped was still there being held captive by the City.
Caius takes a moment to look around once inside before grinning.
