I completely understand the "doing it wrong"-fear. I was lucky enough to start by playing Angel from Buffy - & at the time there were NO Angels around, so...I was pretty popular, just by virtue of novelty. =D (& apparently I have an affinity for playing brooding hero-types who are older than they look. And Catholic, for some reason. My second biggest muse is Steve, lol. And now Bucky.). I always worry when I play a popular character, especially with people who play with someone else's same character at the same time, if they're comparing our two writing styles. I have SO MUCH invested in characters I play - yeah, they're based on established characters, but they're still MINE in a way, I just worry people won't like them, because of the things I've done to make them unique to me.

So. Many. Shenanigans. (Rhys is gonna get Bucky in trouble, isn't he? Oh well, he's used to having friends who get him in trouble.) But first, Rhys might have to talk Bucky into not moving at the first available opportunity. He really does not like the decor of his room. Rhys can help him redecorate. >.>

I never considered playing Bucky for precisely that reason - so much trauma! Winter Soldier is just hard to play, and play off of, as I've tried that before, too. But then I started writing this guy in Steve's PSL, & had so much fun with him, he just took the damn thing over. He is the best mix of sarcastic, exasperated, unimpressed and charming. I wanted to play him more like this, but the options are kinda limited, to either before the movies, or.... a game like this where I could bring him in from wherever I wanted, timeline-wise.
