Rhys hasn't been here very long himself, and his own guarded, careful posture shows that, but at least he blends in. Seeing someone even more confused and out of place than he tends to be? That's probably someone who either just got here, or got into something bad, and that's enough for the usually helpful witch to be concerned. He watches the other man (elf?) for a moment, debating just what kind of mindset he might be in, before he approaches carefully, his posture easy and nonthreatening. He's a little under six feet tall, dressed in jeans, boots, and a long black coat, and though he's got a lot of piercings and long, punk-style black hair, his blue eyes are large and thoughtful, his fair face creased with lines that indicate he both smiles and worries a lot.
