Elsa: She will be participating in the event, but as more of a defensive sort of way. She's not going to willingly kill anyone, or even like hurting anyone, and will mostly try to either defend herself or save others. I'll update on her magic limits once I hear back from the mods, but she's probably going in with her magic nerfed.

Handy: Will not be participating in the event. Now, he'll be curious as to what the Magistrates are planning (since it's his district) but something is going to prevent him from actually getting into the Coliseum. He's just died recently so I'd rather not kill him a second time so soon.

Once the games start, he's going to be fuming, and he's going to want answers. So if anyone wants to work with him on that, feel free!
