EDIT - SO. MY IDEA. Waiting to hear back from mods, but if Natasha goes Widow mode, she'd just be seeing red and unfeeling, and would have no hesitations killing everyone. She'd attack Boyd, hence the hesitation to kill? But if another offer comes by that's better or you just plain don't want to explore that, I am more than okay with them being survivor buddies. :3
