Cass has probably invited Tulip out for hanging with his casino coworkers a few times, or dropped by OHM (that's where she works, right?). He'd be on the lookout for unusual things to do around the city, similar to the place in New Orleans where they went to get shot at for fun. Maybe they could find something like that.

He might have come to crash at hers a couple of times, but he won't have been doing it too much. He's taking Lust at least a couple of times a week, and because it puts him in the mood for sex, he kind of wants to stay away from Tulip during those times. If she wanted to bring up that she misses spending more time with him, we could do that too.
