General 4-1-1 Character Info: He has made up with Erik, for the most part. He hasn't been taking the serum since he arrived. Erik made him a chair. He is speaking with Erik and Wanda about the potential for healing his legs. He works for Steve Rogers, helping to take care of his place in Shantytown. He did help Erik with the rebellion (which failed) to take over the City.
Current Plans: Living. Smiling. Drinking Tea. Helping anyone who asks for it. His sister, Raven, just arrived, so trying to repair that bond with her. It's sort of cold at the moment. She's very wrathful. Getting an awesome new makeover from Devi.
Future Plans: Getting his legs back. He misses having a school. He may start his own business. He'd like to start a school, but with no kids here and people mostly knowing what to do with their powers, it seems like a far fetched idea.
Wanting/Seeking/Up For: Charles is lonely. He'll never admit it. Otherwise, enjoying everything that's happening here.
