She was sitting at the bar, happily sipping on drink number six. Each drink had been different in an attempt to try something new. This one was a martini with a lemon slice perfectly positioned on the rim of the glass. She lifted the mixture to her lips and giggled as the liquor spilled onto her wrist. Airy quickly set the glass back onto the polished counter and attempted to cleaned up the spill. Her tongue licked at her wrist until she was sure that she had caught all of the drops gliding down to her elbow. Once she was cleaned she wiped off her arm with one of the small square napkins sitting on the bar and addressed her drink again.
Airy was dressed nicely, in one of the slinky black dresses that she often wore to work when the man next to her began to talk. At first she didn't listen, which really wasn't like her, and then she had felt his arm around her shoulders. Bright azure blue eyes turned towards him as he spoke.
"I haven't been to London." Her words slurred a little together but at this point Airy was getting used to drinking... even if bars weren't her normal hang out and relax place. "I am drinking but after this." She brought her martini to her lips and took another sip.
